The Devon Family History Society have indexes you can purchase and download. They cost 1p an entry minimum spend £3.

No luck with the marriage yet but these appear to be their other other children if you don't already have them

This could be the daughter Matilda's birth - the certificate would give the mother's maiden name:-

Name: Lydia Matilda Drew
Year of Registration: 1839
Quarter of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep
District: Newton Abbot
County: Devon
Volume: 10
Page: 134

You could give the parents first names as a checking point so you don't get the wrong certificate.

Please can anyone help me with this marriage?

From the son's birth and marriage records, I know the parents to be John Drew and Susan ???

From the 1851 census I have deduced the following:

John Drew born 1800 Highweek, Newton Abbot, Devon
Susan ?? born 1797, Ashburton Devon.

I am looking for their marriage to ascertain Susan's maiden name.

The son Joshua was christened in West Teignmouth Wesleyan Church in 1829.
