Personally cannot help you as I have not got a clue. However have you searched on adoption on the tips board, there are pages and pages of threads on the subject. I am sure you will get some insight if you read through them.

I have this information on an adoption.

I Know it is relating to my mother, but I have no idea how to trace it.
