Yes, that's the birth certificate I sent for. It gives his parents as Thomas Townshend and Frances Collins. He was born in Lakenham, Norwich. I have found a death for Frances Townshend in 1862 in Norwich, but can't find her on any census records in 1851 or 1861.

I've just received the birth certificate of my gtgtgrandfather, Thomas Townshend born 1846 in Lakenham, Norwich and found I have made a major mistake in my tree. I had his parents completely wrong, I'm now looking for any information on Thomas Townshend Snr and Frances Collins/Townshend, his mother. I can't seem to find this family on the census records at all.
