Before 1931 on ScotlandsPeople, which is a pay to view site, after that date then you need to contact the Scottish General Register Office

Some idea of when would be useful

Kal
There is No marriage for BASE to Summers in Scotland in any region from 1855 to 1931.
If he is in Birmingham c1908 my guess is he married in England.
Have you any other information?

Hi Kal
Do you know if this couple had children?
I have found a birth of an EILEEN BASE Registered in KINGS N March Quarter 1913.
Mothers Maiden Name SUMMERS.
Ref:6d 73

Kal
Kings N stands for Kings Norton which is Edgebaston, Birmingham.
Hope I spelt Edgebaston right.
Just found Base familes on census in Kings Norton which is the area you are speaking of, and it is before 1908 are you sure when they arrived in Birmingham?
