Hi Susan do you have your grandfathers birth cert?
if you do I can trace possible marriage with his mothers maiden name which isn't given on 1910 records the number for his record is July-Sept 1910 Vol 5b page 406 Bideford Devon

Lillian M Discombe b 1910 July-Sept Credition Devon 5b page 338

was she a twin ? have on same page

Mabel E Discombe Cedition July-Sept 1910 5b p 334

This surname not that common unlike Parker but again before they added mothers maiden names to records

looking for members of my grandfathers family, fredrick john parker born 12 july 1910 bideaford devon,married lilian mabel discombe in july 1930 there children where john,kathleen,marjorie,david, eric,jean, lilian was born in crediton, and as far as i know they lived in bow just outside of exeter before moving to bovey tracey, are you or do you know any other brothers/sister of fredrick & lilian
