One hates to state the obvious ;) -- but there is a C Orchard in Milton Keynes in the phone listings on line:

The age seems about right, but the name could be coincidence.

There are several Lynnette Johnson marriages since 1984 that could be your Lynnette remarrying, if that was in fact her husband's death. (No Lynnette Orchard marriages.)
