Help i need to find the parents of a James Warden born in Mill Hill Hendon in 1830. I am not sure were to look now as the birth records only go back to 1837. I am not sure where all the parish records would be kept.

Have you checked the IGI on www.familysearch.org

Are you certain he was born Hendon? There is this one baptised in Brixton:-
