Hi

Can anyone do an 1841 lookup for me please?

George Mansfield born c1785 and his wife Sarah born c1799

Hopefully living in Burslem, Stoke on Trent, Staffs with children William, Michael, John, George, Sarah and Elizabeth.

I could do with checking George's age / occupation / place of birth (whether in Staffs or not).

The BVRI discs have this George born Burslem. There's another one born 1808.

Thanks Margaret,

It is George's baptism that I am trying to find. I thought it could be the one born 1779 but the 1841 census puts him as being born 1785 and he has died by 1851 so I don;t know if that's him or not.

Any ideas how I can confirm it one way or the other?
