I did find a Joseph Yates on the 1851 census but his parents were Richard and Rachel? Any connection?

thanks again potty, and joan im in a pickle you see i have been trying to find the parents of joseph, he was born newton heath manchester, he married esther robson 1860 manchester.
i have tried the i.g.i but nothing comes up only a marriage for him
