When you say are looking for him do you mean you want to find out where he is NOW!!.

I am totally new to this, looking for a Nigel Peter Miller, born 17.8.74 in Surrey, birth record no. 17 0827.
His father's name is Nigel Arthur Miller, mother Avril Mary Brench.

If anyone can tell me what to do next, it will be very helpful as I have no idea what I'm doing, ha ha.
