Can anyone help with information about my great grandfather Arthur Cook, born about 1864, presumably in or around London. he married Rebecca or Rebekah Goodall in 1890 in Plumstead, Kent. His marriage certificate gives his father`s name as Joseph.

I would be grateful for any help.
