Member Since: September 2007 Posts: 2 Send Message	I am trying to locate my 1st cousins Denis S.and Frances K. Neil, children of Stephen and Edith Neil. Stephen was killed in 1930 and was my father's, Richard John "Jack" O'Neil's brother. My father emmigrated to Canada in the late 1940's. Denis would be in his 70's and Frances in her 60's.
