Find Ancestors

hi i am trying to find my fathers relatives by the name of warren,

i would like to say a big thank you to everyone who helped me with finding more information about my father, i really appreciate it.

here are all the details so far:
my father: born 17th july 1957
died:9th august 1988

his mother; maureen smith
was born maureen brown, the married mr warren (unsure of year and first name) then married a max smith must of been before 1988 when my father died.

location:warrington,the grave owner details are:
maureen smith
8 laburnum avenue
warrington
wa1 4ny, i have checked this address but they dont live there anymore, but maybe someone who can find out about properties and when they were sold, and from whom etc.. i have checked the land registry only so far.

his siblings: my mother said he had a brother called joe, what the lovely people here at genes reunited have found is a
joseph p warren, born 4q 1958, mmn brown, warrington, my dad is
james j warren, born 3q 1957, mmn brown, warrington, so it is hard not to think that this could be his brother.

his brother, my mother recalls had a wife(possibly just girlfriend) called anne, and they had a daughter called joanne(not sure if correct spelling)and she was a toddler when i was born, so she must have been born anytime from 1980 to 1987.

i dont have any other information, i can find out alot from the internet about my father, but i am loking to find his living relatives, i do know they are still living as the people at warrington bereavement have kindly took a photo of his grave, and there are new memorials and fresh flowers saying, dearest brother,nephew and uncle,

if anyone can help or knows of how to trace living relatives, any help would be greatly recieved
