	Michael -- if you register and search for that name here: http://www.forcesreunited.org.uk you will find someone who is quite likely your man. In order to contact him through that site, you have to pay for full membership, for a fee that seems reasonable if you think he's the person you want. You may be able to tell from the basic info where to look for him -- edited -- I've figured it out and will PM you that info.
