Jim

Thank you very much for the New York Passenger lists. I was going to tackle that one.
I just looked up Lester Bryant, as it is rather an unusual name, and found him in the WW 1 Draft Registration 1917-1918.

Found him on the 1910 US Census and 1930 Census with a spouse Ethel S.

I have lots of looking up to do on Ancestry. They seem to have changed the layout as to getting into the US Ancestry, since I was last looking for a family i.e. made it more difficult for us in UK to get into the site, without a worldwide sub.

Going to turn my computer off, as it is getting past my bed time!!!

Many, many thanks for the break through

Regards
Jo

Hello Reg and especially Jim in So'ton

That is a surprise. Certainly did not expect to find them in Cook, Illinois.

Will check out the 1890 census in US and try and obtain copies from someone.
A breakthrough.
Thank you very much indeed.
Can certainly rely on genes members to help you find something.
Off across the pond now!!

Many thanks
Jo
