I was trying for an age with a relative I'd found and much later discovered they were IT illiterate and rarely used a pc. Our protracted dialogue has now gone on for some 10 months just for this reason. I wrote a letter containing some outline and included my home and e-mail address and then just sit back and be patient. Cheers
