Well, it's all looking good to me. Is there a Robert Turner in Bocking, or perhaps Braintree?

Ozi.

Sorry, I've just been called,so I better see what the ruckus is about!!

Dea

Dea Report 26 Aug 2008 09:19

This would seem a likely candidate for Robert, but again, it is all theory at the moment:

1851:
Robert Turner
Age: 18
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1833

Where born: Little Yeldham, Essex, England

MIND YOU.........

If she got pregnant whilst away in Middlesex, this is a likely candidate also... (note he is born Braintree, AND he is a servant!! )

1851:
Robert Turner
Age: 21
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1830
Relation: Head
Gender: Male
Where born: Braintree, Essex, England

Civil Parish: Old Artillery Ground
Ecclesiastical parish: St Mary
County/Island: Middlesex
Country: England

Registration district: Whitechapel

Robert Turner 21

I don't know how near Whitechapel is to Islington but perhaps they knew each other from Essex?

It is useful to note the Wood family living next door to the Young's + Robert on 1851!

I could not connect them directly to Eliza but they may well connect to Eliza's father William?

Thomas Word - should be WOOD !
1851:
Age: 69
Estimated Birth Year: abt 1782
Relation: Head
Spouse's Name: Susannah
Gender: Male
Where born: Coggeshall, Essex, England

Civil Parish: Bocking
