Anyone else on here descended from the above couple?

If so I would love to hear from you as I have info and certificates to share.

Alice was born 1889.

I've recently had contact from a Gt Grandson on Ancestry who informed me that the couple had 5 children including twins, but one died as a toddler.

He also sent a link to 2 photo's that the the family had and one of them is of my Grandmother, her husband with their first born, my Dad's eldest brother!

Alice Davis was one of sisters of my Grandmother, Sarah Davis, who was a milliner and had her own shop and workshop above, on the corner of Union St, in the old centre of Bristol.

My Grandmother Sarah retired and sold the shop in about 1953. For years it was a Florist. But I don't know what it is now.

PS. I don't need any look ups and I've looked under 'Search Tree's.

If you haven't already, you could put the details from the certs on http://www.bmdshare.com/ along with a one-off email address.

If you can find the gro references on freebmd, (& Ancestry if you subscribe), you can add a comment there as well. Not sure if 'A' will be happy with an email address on the comment, but freebmd won't mind.
