hi my name is Lesley Hughes i am trying to trace family of William Hughes born approx 1781 and living in the Eton area near Windsor his wifes name was Mary ,they had a son William richard Hughes his son was william Hammond by now they were living in birmingham would love to hear from anyone who can throw some light on the subject as unfortunately my G/F William Hammond was supposedly cut off from the family for marrying beneath himself.I know he had several brothers Percy bragg,Frederick jossie,Henry spencer and two sisters Emily turner hughes and Edith R Hughes.I believe they were in the medical profession but no more than that .I think the names are too unusual for them not to be recognised regards Lesley. |
