Member Since: August 2007 Posts: 40 Send Message	Trying to find any info about my grgr gran catherine lewis i think she was born in swansea roughly 1877. In 1897 she had a daughter who was born in the union workhouse in swansea,the baby was firstly named as Mary-Maud,but the day after her birth she was renamed as Alice May Lewis. Alice later went on to have two children a son named daniel and a daughter named dorothy my grandmother. I think Catherine was either one of twelve siblings or she had twelve children herself. She also possibly married a man named William Marks as dorothy had the surname Marks. Do not know a great deal about William. If anyone has any info that would be great, Many Thanks, Helen.
