Searching for any other info in regards to my grgr grandmother Catherine Lewis.
Her y.o.b. was 1873/1874.
Catherine was born in Ystalyfera Glamorgan Wales.
On the 1881 census i found the following info.
Annie Lewis aged 4yrs
Catherine Lewis aged 33yrs
Catherine Lewis aged 7yrs
Daniel Lewis aged 27yrs
Elizabeth Lewis aged 8mths
Jemima Lewis aged 2yrs
Margaret Lewis aged 5yrs
Mary Ann Lewis aged 13yrs
They may have went on to have other children Ruth Lewis born in Penclawd and William Davey Lewis.
My grgr grandmother Catherine Lewis later went on to live in Llansamlet, where she was in boarding and working as a Tin Plate Cleaner along with her sister Mary Ann Lewis.
Catherine in the 1901 census was again in boarding in 104b WoodField Street Morriston/Swansea along with her own daughter alice May Lewis y.o.b. between 1897-1901.
If anyone recognises this info please contact me via this sight.
Many Thanks
Hel.
