Moved to St Andrew's Scotland via Kensington under care of Father George Angus, a RC Priest.
She married Walter Alexander a plumber,in 1894. The marriage certificate claims she was only 33.
Her two sons emigrated to S. Africa, Rhodesia - living descendants still there

Teresa Agnes cook
c 1868 Bristol
Moved with her sister, Mary Josephine to Kensington as domestic maid and again to St Andrews in service. Eventually progressed to Cook and moved back to Kensington before ending up in Willian, Hertfordshire as Cook where she married Arthur George Walker at All Saints, Willian in 1903. On her marriage certificate she uses her maiden name but claims she is a widow. She also claims she is younger than Arthur by 6 years. She died in December 1946 at Willian, Hertfordshire.

Teresa was my Great Grandmother and trying to trace her family has been a real challenge as this branch of the Alsops are very elusive and widely travelled!

If anyone has any links with this branch of the family I would be pleased to share further information with them
