Member Since: August 2005 Posts: 3 Send Message	Anyone know why Ardings 'lost' their store Arding & Hobbs - (Henry) Harry born 1844 & Emma Grade Baldwin had the store and I think passed it to Herbert Harry born 1822 but hear on the family grapevine they lost their money gambling. Like to hear from anyone who knows more (apart from details of the fire). Also William Hawkins Arding daughter Iris Arding was supposedly put in Holloway for shoplifting - but also don't know if this is true.
