really stuck on this one....trying to find out about my great grand parents on dads side now....details i have are... HERBERT ARMYTAGE born 1879 in Castleford? West Yorks....he married ALICE SHIPLEY who was born 1882 in Yorks somewhere....they went on to have 7 children...not sure in what order!!!! They are ALICE NORA born 1916? went on to marry CECIL HORACE HILL moved to COLEBY, LINCOLN and had three kids- BRIAN, CHRISTINE and BERNARD (brian is my dad) EMILY married ernest garner...no children CHARLOTTE married FRED TOWNEND NELLIE married JAMES WALLER BERNARD married SADIE GEORGE married ANNIE CYRIL married LUCY (maiden names for last three unknown) I really want to know about HERBERT ARMYTAGE and ALICE SHIPLEY, who their parents were etc etc After three years of searching, any info would be a godsend!!! |
