Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 4 Send Message	Any information regarding the ATKINSON family, from the GOOLE area, my grandfathers name was William Henry born C1900 (ish), had a sister called LOUIE. Moved to LEEDS when he married my grandmother, William Henry's father died and his mother remarried a chap called Captain FLETCHER, and together they had a daughter called Jane. The family had a couple of barges (hence he met my grandmother in leeds next to the LEEDS/LIVERPOOL canal on one of his many trips to LEEDS on the Barges.) Any information given will be most grateful as I have no info regarding any family in Goole.
