hello,my name is lesley atkinson,can someone please help me.......im trying to trace my grandfather,his name is charles john atkinson......all i know is that he was born in 1888 in bethnal green......he then went on to be in the bedford regiment in the 1st world war,where he was a corporal for the royal army medical corps......i know he survived the war and went onto fight in the second world war.......he married my grandmother evelyn marion hulley on 16/08/1917 and resided in great yarmouth where they had four children named......douglas,cyril (my father),brian and sylvia,...........i know my grandfather ran a public house in gt yarmouth until he died in 1942..........please if you know any information that could help me further i would be very grateful |
