His name was HERBERT HENRY ATKINSON and he seems to have been the illegitimate son of ISABELLA A ATKINSON who gives her address on his birth certificate as Hill Top, Low Moor, Bradford. She gives birth in Northallerton. By the age of 5 Herbert Henry Atkinson is living with a family called Bell in Stockton, Co Durham. I am absolutely stuck with this - have you ever come across these names in your tree? Hope someone can help me. Regards Deborah
