Trying to find Atkinson

Thomas Thornton Atkinson (supposedly) Was sent to gaol in Liverpool in 1932 for bigamy.Married jane Boyle June 17th 1931 He was 32 years old. Rumour had it he used his brothers name to get married> I have marriage certificate listing his father as a manager in a colliery.Also named Thomas Atkinson. Occupation was Hall Porter but is listed as a cook in info I got from the Liverpool records office. I have trawled the BMD records on origin from 1899 to 1902 and cannot find him. How can i get the court records or transcripts for the case? and would it give me the info i need ie DOB. Thanks for any help Karen NZ |
