Trying to find Atkinson

Hello I am seeking information on my grandparents namely Francis Atkinson born 1886 married Elizabeth (Lizzie) Ellis born 1890. They were married at St Johns church, Great Marsden, County of Lancaster on July 2nd 1910. Address for Francis was 16 Oak Street, Colne, Lancashire. Address for Lizzie was 58 Belgrave Street, Nelson, Lancashire. Do not have a parents name for Francis but Lizzie's father's name was Edward Ellis ( any info on Edward appreciated too). Lizzie had at least four sisters named Polly, Emily, Dot and Ada. They eventually adopted a child called Ada who was a neice of Lizzie's (Lizzie's sister Emily was Ada's mother but died when she was very young). They eventually settled in Saltaire, Shipley, Bradford, West Yorkshire. I have just started tracing my family tree but have become stuck thanks in anticipation regards Patricia Royle nee Rowntree |
