Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 4 Send Message	I'm trying to find anything on William ATKINS from Essex b abt 1798 m Elizabeth Harris 1822, died abt 1848,and is buried in Hatfield Peverel Essex where he married and lived; children James 1823 (names then changed to ATKINSON),Elizabeth Ann 1827, Ann 1829, Sarah 1831, William 1833, Daniel 1835, Mary Ann 1838, John 1840. The ATKINSONS owned a bakey in Hatfiled PEverel and some of the family still lived until abt 1950. James m Elizabeth Toms, went to Channel Islands and then came to NZ.
