Hello, I am trying to trace George Barker b 1845 in Northampton, he moved to London he and his wife had many children; Bernard, Rosa, Wilfred, Mabel, Maud, Edward, Francis, Sidney and so it goes on, any help much appreciated. Thank you, Clive.

Acording to the 1901 census, George was born Braunston, Northants......

Here he is on the 1861 census.....

9 Leybourne Street. Kentish Town.

George Barker / head / age 35 / labourer /Ilkeston
Hannah Barker / wife / age 29
Betsey / daughter / age 9
GEORGE BARKER / son / age 7
Emma / daughter / age 5
William / son / age 2

Apart from dad, all were born at Braunston, Northants

This is the only likely George Barker

Looks like the visitor on the 1891 census, was mum in law
