Trying to find Bartlett

I am trying to trace my fathers side of the family, without much success. My father, Charles Edward Mark Bartlett, was born in 1901, in the Bristol area. He married my mother, Margaret Welch in 1940, in Kirklington Notts. My grandfather was also named Charles Edward Mark Bartlett, and he was born in 1879, also in the Bristol area. I know my granny Bartlett died in the late 50s early 60s in Blaenavan, Monmouthshire. I also know that my father had siblings who also lived in Blaenavon.
