Trying to find more details of 2 sisters FLORENCE and HILDA. Parents unknown. Both were born either in Valencia Spain or possibly the Geelong area of Victoria, Australia in the 1870s. Florence married .Arthur Anderson. He was born in Scotland but emigrated to Australia. He was educated at Geelong Grammar. Marriage c1900 in Geelong area. afterwards they crossed the continent to Boulder in Western Australia as par tof the Kalgoorlie gold rush. 5 children produced in the marriage - Robert, Dorothy (b 1907), Irene (b 1906), John Ross (b 1910) and Arthur Jeffrey (b1912) all from Boulder. Arthur also had a daughter Eva by Hilda. |
