Trying to find Bean

My Mother was Lilian Bean born in Liverpool 1921 and I am trying to find her Father Charles Frederick Bean c1889 who married Lilian Rogers 1898 who I have been able to trace. Charles Frederick was the son of Charles Henry Bean and his Mother was called Charlotte possibly Woodward. Charlotte was an actress and toured around with her husband a Scenic Artist. In the 1891 census they were living in Glasgow so Charles Frederick's place of birth is given only as England. I can not find him in the 1901 census. I think his father Charles Henry Bean was from Hoxton, London and probably the son of James Bean c1835 of Shoreditch. My grandfather Charles Frederick Bean married Lilian Rogers in Liverpool in 1919.
