I am looking for my half-sister, born about 1936. Our mother's name was Mildred Harper, born 8.10.1921, and her home address was in Birmingham. My sister could have been born in Birmingham, Macclesfield or Burton Salmon and I think she must have been fostered or adopted.
Can anyone help?
