trying to find any of my family members. My dad was Arthur Joseph Bishop and i know that he had a brother Herbert and a sister Marjory. They used to live in The Priory in Dudley West Mids. My mom's name was Lily (nee Hill) and they had 3 daughters me (Jean) Eileen and Marjory. We all lived in Tipton. I don't really remember my grandparents but have vague memories of my nan who used to make the best fish and chips and little cakes in the world. If you think you may be related then i'd love to hear from you

Hi. I am also trying to find relatives named Bishop who lived in the Tipton area. My g/g/parents were Thomas and Emma Bishop who,in 1901, lived in Wood Street in Tipton. They had 4 sons,George,Thomas,David and Alfred and 4 daughters, Leah.Sarah,Mary and Hannah. Leah was my grandmother. Is there any connection?. Val Williams(nee Butler)

Hi

I have a Benjamin Bishop and his wife Mary (nee Edwards) I'm trying to find something on as I know they came from somewhere in the midlands, Mary or Ben are (maybe) from Tipton, Staffs, but I do know when they died and where they are buried in Staffs. And I have heard that Mary was called Polly by some people if not all for some reason.

Do any of these names sound familiar?

Thanks
