I am looking for any relations to my grandfather who was Joseph Francis BLAKE born circa 1890 possibly London area and died January 1967. He was employed in the Docks until he retired. He may have been married before he met my grandmother who was Florence Sheehey or Sheen (nee LUXTON) who died circa 1957. They had six children John, Joe, Charles, Kathleen, Eileen and Mary. John died in a Japanese POW camp, Joe married an Irish girl and emigrated to Australia and had 2 daughters, Charles (Charlie) no info; Kath married Alan Powell, had 3 boys 1 girl, lived in Hereford where she died in January 1986; Eileen Blake (my mother) had 4 children and lives in Essex; Mary Blake married Willliam Robinson had 3 children and lives in Folkestone. |
