I am trying to find out any information from Glasgow, Scotland on Daniel Bonnar and Catherine Bonnar nee Reynolds born 28 September 1909, Died 10 March 1995. Daniel was from Port Glasgow, his family apparently owned some sort of store in Port Glasgow. He passed away in the 1980's I believe. Daniel and Catherine were not married long before they divorced, they had a son born August 5th 1935 called Daniel John McMillan Bonnar and Catherine and Danny Jr. moved to London. I believe the McMillan came from Catherine's side of the family. Daniel Sr. did have some brothers and sisters, I am not user how many. He also had relatives in St. Andrews. Catherine was from a large family also several sisters maybe 6 or 7 I'm not sure how many exactly. Any help on where to strat to search for their parents or siblings would be a great help.

Dear Catherine,
I noticed that you were searching for "Bonnars" a while back. I, too am in desperate need of help regarding family members with that surname. There is a John Bonnar who married my paternal great aunt in Edinburgh circa 1950?? She was known as Nanny. If this means anything at all to you I would be most grateful. I am in Plymouth, Devon so not able to easily visit Scotland. Many thanks.
