Trying to find Brown (Father)

Can anyone help me find Henry Brown born c.1840 who married Magdalena Alida Radley in Graaff-Reinet District in 1868? The only child I have from this union is my great grandmother Ellen Brown 1872-1963. Ellen married Johannes Diedrick Slabbert in 1894. Henry might possibly have been the son of George Brown (1820 Settler *1786 England and died 1861G-R) and his third wife Helena Maria Albertyn *c.1918 Graaff Reinet. Unfortunately I have not been able to verify this link as I cannot find a Death Notice or marriage record for Henry. I would also dearly love to knoe whether Ellen had any siblings. Just for the record, George Brown's first two wives were Francis Hains who died at sea 1820 and Hester Aletta Booysen 1803-1840. Any input on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
