Find Ancestors

I am unable to find her on the 1901.Can anyone help please?
I can find lots of christina buchanans but none born in liverpool or nearby on 1901
Any help would be wonderful.

Hi Dee,yep thats the lady.I know she was still alive as she married martin murphy in 1912 and a joseph bellis in 1926.
all i keep getting are scottish mainly in 1901 and with a name like that she should have been easier. have sent for the bellis m.c to start but only today and was hoping to be able to get more on her as im always impatient

Hi,

something to consider, was she living with a stepfather under his name and reverted back to her original name when she married. I've come across this in my own research. Think you'll need to order birth cert aswell.

got the m.c age 34 widow and fathers name is anthony buchanan. dock labourer.deceased.
still no joy in findig her on 1901 english or scottish
have sent for her first m.c to martin murphy as well now in 1912
and the only anthony buchanan marriage i can find is in liverpool 1892 which is later than her birth.
can anyone help find her please

still cant find the little blighter in 1901 though but going to do an address search now as she married in 1926 from 18 court 2 house burlington st same street as where they lived in 1881 before her birth even. will let you know if i have joy

I now have christinas first m.cto
martin murphy 1912
married in the catholic faith which did not allow divorce then and on her 2nd m.c she states widow
i can only find death records for a martin murphy 5 years either way of his age which was about1890 as hes 22 on m.c
could she have got away with saying shes a widow in 1926 on her 2nd marriage
martin murphy 1889 liverpool father james ive found in 1891 but no death
ideas????
