Francis Edward BURGESS married Caroline STRINGER June Q 1900 in Portsea. Francis was a Gunner in the RMA and died in Epsom in 1910. Caroline listed her father as Henry urgess, gentleman,deceased, so it's possible her mother remarried and Caroline adopted her stepfather's name.Or it maybe is a clerical error! I have the historical info but my question is Did Francis & Caroline have children between 1900 & 1910.?? Any contact with descendants welcomed. Or anyone able to help with a search for Baptisms 1900 -1910 at St Marks Church Portsea. Regards Marlene New Zealand. .
