Member Since: January 2005 Posts: 7 Send Message	JAMES BUSHNELL. Place and date of birth uncertain. Most censuses say he was b. 1916 Reading, Berks, but as I have his marriage cert dated 1833, I feel this is unlikely. Alternatively I have his birth in 1809 in Whitchurch, Oxon. However, I think I may have been misled and he may have been born in London! James married Ann Brown (b. 1814 in Brighton) in 1833 and they had at least 9 children. James was my 3 x gt. grandfather.
