Trying to find Cammell/atkinson

i am trying to find Georgina or Georgiana Atkinson nee Cammell or Cammell Haird. She was married to a John William, they had three daughters and one son. One daughter died at an early age, their son died during the war as so did John William. Georgina adopted a baby girl. I have found two entrys in the 1901 census one in the name of Georgina Atkinson and one as Georgina Cammell but both could the same as her mother also called Georgina was in service as a kitchen maid and gave birth at the age of 15. my Grandma was born in Hull in 1889 4th June and died 1973 february 17th always known as Georgina Atkinson, but on her death all her documents said either Georgina/Geogiana Atkinson/Cammell born about 1889 or 4th september 1889 hence the confusion. If anyone has any information I would be very grateful also if anyone can suggest my next step please get in touch. I am very new to searching and keep hitting dead ends |
