Trying to find Chambers

Malcolm Report 24 May 2007 23:46

Trying to find my GGrandmother - Ann Rebecca Chambers (b1850) and GGrandfather Henry (William) Chambers (b1847) from Birmingham, and their children from 1891 onwards. Their younger children, Harry (b1885), Leah (b1884)(my grandmother), Amy (b1880) and Alfred (b1879) are on the 1891 census in Workhouse cottages in Birmingham. An elder son George W appears to be in a Boys Home (Barnardo's) in London. Their other two children Albert (b1873) and Ada (b1871) are completely missing as are Ann Rebecca and Henry. I have a feeling they fell onto hard times and the younger children were adopted. Anyone have any ideas how to find them, or have them included on their trees. Any help would be welcome, Malcolm
