Hi I am trying to locate Charles, Edward and Robert Simcock, Their father Arthur, born about 1892, was brother to my grandfather Christopher, I beleive Arthur was married to a lady named Evelin.
I think that Arthur's place of birth may have been Brown Edge in Staffordshire and comes under Leek Moorlands

Blimey that was quick, not that I'm complaining, Brown Edge is Staffordshire and comes under Leek Moorlands.
I'll edit my post to include this, I'm so sorry what a ninny I am and I think you ladies are fantastic.

Could do with rough dates for births please.

Could this be Arthur's marriage, or is it too late?

Hi Janet, Arthur was born about 1892 and he was brother to my grandfather Christopher who was born in 1904.
Arthur had 5 brothers and 3 sisters, and at some point lived in a place called Norton in the Moors in Stoke-on-Trent Staffordshire, I was told by an aunt that he married a lady called Evelin or it could have been an Ellen so I got to wondering had he been married twice but then his mothers name was Ellen Bailey and I think that the aunt was getting mixed up,
I suppose it could be possible that he married around 1935 that would fit the possible ages of the three brothers Charles, Edward and Robert

Hi Ladykira, thanks for your detective work, most of my Simcocks came from Norton in the Moors moving to Stockton Brooke, Brown Edge areas and the first one seems to be the most likely.
Unfortunately Simcock in the above areas are as common as Smith which makes it quite a pain, I didd'nt know which way to go with Arthur and the same with a couple of his brothers.
Its nice to know that others here have a wealth of expereince and a vast knowledge.

Omg Janet, Ladykira how do you do it, I thought I'd done all I could you ladies are amazing.
Can you hear me screaming lol you've given evelin a surname I just have to call my cousin in Harrogate please bare with me.
Hiya back again, I think your probably right Janet and Arthur E is Edward after all it would be confusing Arthur dad and Arthur son so the probably referred to him as Edward, so it looks like there were 4 sons and not the 3 we were lead to believe.
I cant get over you guys I am just totally amazed and blown away thank you all so much
