Born about 1882 could be from Barkway Hertfordshire or Suffolk( not sure) Haven't got much information at all, he was jailed for Bigamy in the 1920's. and he also at some point owned a tailors shop in Hitchen. Any information would be very helpful. We do have a marriage certificate for his bigamous marriage to Mary Millicent Brown but we can't find a birth certificate for Charlie boy.
