Member Since: February 2004 Posts: 50 Send Message	Looking for Fanny/Frances Cliffe, born circa 1843 at Talke O'th Hill, Staff. Father was Thomas Cliffe, a blacksmith. Mother possibly Ellen Owen. Frances married Joseph Bates in 1866 at Talke. Family later moved to Congleton.
