I am trying to find out about a Frederick W Clutton, born approx 1870, birth place unknown. His grandmother is Margaret Forrest and was living in Carlisle in 1881. I cannot find him on the 1871 census or the 1891 census. His parents may have been Martha Clutton (nee Forrest) and William Clutton a retired post office clerk.
