can anyone help? I am trying to find information on Ambrose Collins born 1883 in Newbold,Derbyshire to William and Ann.Siblings: Evelyn 1891 Mabel Clara 1900 Man 1893 Maud 1887 Norbert 1889 Walter 1885 He married Frances Ellis in 1902 and they had the following child: Edward Alex born 1903(April) who married Ada Stevens May 1924. I do not know if Edward had any siblings but i do know that Frances remarried a Mr.Whittaker after Ambrose supposedly died in World War 1,however family rumours seem to indicate that Ambrose did a runner and literally disappeared of the face of the planet as no death records can be found for him.Any info on Amrose,Edward or Frances would be gratefully received.thankyou |
