FREDERICK EDWARD BARLING COLLINS b.1906 m.florence Elizabeth WEBB his brothers and sisters were Irene (Alice May- we think!) COLLINS c 1904 Ethel (Maude?) COLLINS c1904 m. Cecil FISHER Unknown brother who was a chief petty officer in the Navy c.1905 Evelyn Nora COLLINS c.1909 (known as EVA) Winifred COLLINS c.1911 They come from Ashford in Kent. I don't know much more apart from their dad was called Edward COLLINS and was married to Winifred and he was a gardener.
